They kept me informed on my car the entire time they had it, got it fixed in a timely manner, had it detailed and answered every question I had. 10/10 recommend. I will be using them for any future car issues, thankful for good people!

As a traveler, I wasn’t sure who to take my car to once I got into my accident. I took a leap of faith and I’m glad I did. Red River Collision has been absolutely phenomenal in all aspects of fixing my Blazer. Words can’t be put into words the complete satisfaction I am feeling with the service and courtesy that was shown to me. Red River Collision Center is a wonderful place. The staff was awesome and was able to schedule me in as quickly as possible. I want to thank Hope Rader . She was really efficient with getting me in and out as quickly as possible. Hope greeted me with a smile this morning that made me feel welcomed as I entered her office. She is very good at her job and I will definitely contact her for any other issues that may arise with my vehicle. Thank you again Red River Collision Center.

A+. They did an excellent job with my Tesla. Went to them twice. Once for bad hail damage and another for a fender bender. They repaired both nicely and worked with me to arrange drop off/pick up at convenient locations in East Texas. They also returned my Tesla fully charged. All around solid place. Hopefully won’t need to come back again, but at least I have a trusted place.

I ran my Tesla into a cement barrier around a light pole at a dark, deserted mall parking lot during a tropical storm. Visibility was awful due to the torrential rain but I chose to leave anyway after 2 cars from a nearby sketchy neighborhood I’d just driven through, drove behind my car, slowing to a snail’s pace, looking at me and the car. I decided it was safer to leave than stay.

Due to 2 officers from the local police force, other Tesla drivers who came later and offered to help, an incredibly competent, courteous tow truck driver and hotel owners who helped in every way they could, my car and I made it safely to Red River Collision the next morning.

Jimmy and Hope took great care of me and my car from the moment I arrived until I drove the car home. They worked closely with my insurance and Tesla to figure out all the details of billing and parts procurement when the supply chain was a mess due to Covid and a series of storms. The kept me informed every step of the way. My car came back to me clean and running like when it was new. It was a complicated process and I’m grateful for their competence, professionalism and, especially, customer care. When I picked the car up, I had to return to the same charging station where the accident had occurred. Jimmy sent an employee with me in a big pick-up truck who stayed until I left, making sure I was safe.
